Tenants

How do I get my deposit back?
We use the Deposit Protection Scheme and when your deposit is logged with them you are sent an ID number, use this number to claim your deposit back from them.

Is condensation my responsibility?
Yes, rooms need to be well ventilated, no drying of clothes on the radiators, using the extractor fan in bathrooms with no windows. We will also send tenants a checklist at the beginning of the winter.

How do I lodge a maintenance issue?
You will be sent a link once you have moved in which will allow you to set up your username and password. You will then be able to access our system.

How often are Property Visits done?
We do them every three months.

How many months notice do we have to give if we wish to vacate the property?
You need to give a month’s notice from the last day before your rent is due.
